Here is a brief update of some recent developments in the areas of intellectualproperty, commercial and employment lawand some practical advice as to what youcan do now to avoid litigation in the future. recommend that our clients take some simple steps to prevent the illicit
copying of publications to which they subscribe. The penalty for
infringement, as we saw in the Lowry's Reports case, can be very steep.
