NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF
WINNING. This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation in the 50 United States
and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to
U.S. law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not, at the time of entry (i) a legal U.S.
resident located in the U.S., and (ii) age 18 or older. Sweepstakes begins at approximately 12:00
p.m. (New York time) on January 23, 2014, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (California time) on March
14, 2014.
How to Enter the Sweepstakes:
Complete the Travel Personality Quiz located at https://www.research.net/s/XG2WZ65
including all required information. After you complete the quiz, click on “submit” and you will
be entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries are due by 11:59 pm (California time), on March 14,
2014. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
Participants must complete the quiz and provide a valid e-mail address. Sponsor is not
responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or
other errors, failures, or delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human
or technical in nature. Sponsor is also not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of
information, whether caused by Internet users, or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur
in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. In addition, Sponsor is not responsible for
failed, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or misrouted electronic communications, whether caused
by the sender or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes. In the
event of a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted an entry, the entry will be
deemed submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.
All requested information must be completed to enter. No purchase is necessary to claim prize.
Limit one entry per person, e-mail address, or household. By entering, all participants agree to be
bound by the official rules of these Sweepstakes. For a copy of the official rules, send a self-

Inc., 257 Park Avenue South, New York, New York 10010, by March 14, 2014. Vermont

This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are (i) legal U.S. residents
located in the U.S., and (ii) age 18 and older. Employees, officers, directors, and shareholders of
Spafinder Wellness, Inc., and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, sales
representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate
family members and/or persons living in the same households of each, are not eligible for this
Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
Drawing:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about March 21, 2014 from
among all eligible entries received. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating
to the Sweepstakes. ODDS OF WINNING ARE BASED UPON THE NUMBER OF
ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. Winner will be notified by e-mail.

Prize:
One (1) $1,000 Spafinder Wellness 365 Gift Card.
General:
All taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the
winner. The Prize is nontransferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made,
except as provided herein. In the event the Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right
to award a prize of equal or greater value. The winner will be required to sign and return an
affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release within 5 calendar days of the date when
such documents are sent to winner, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
The Prize will be awarded to verified winner. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to
release Spafinder, Inc., and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, sales
representatives, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as its and each of their
respective directors, officers, employees, and shareholders, from any and all liability, loss,
damage, or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the
Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, or
for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize.
Participants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner
responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact
or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular
purpose. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice,
and/or biographical information by Sponsor, or any party authorized by Sponsor, for advertising
and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of
noncompliance with the official rules, if a winner cannot be reached at the e-mail address in
winner’s entry form within 5 calendar days of the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification
is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the particular prize will be forfeited and an alternate
winner will be selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to a participant’s system that is occasioned by
participating in this Sweepstakes or by downloading any information necessary to participate in
the promotion. Any dispute or claim arising out of the play of this Sweepstakes, or any disputes
with site users which arise as a result of the use of this website, shall be governed by the laws of
the State of New York, without respect to conflicts of laws principles. Any such claim shall be
brought and maintained in the federal or state courts of the State of New York. If any provisions
of these official rules are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or
unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other
provision. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft,
or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Entries that have been tampered
with are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who Sponsor determines, in
its sole discretion, has threatened the operation of this Sweepstakes or website, or violates these
official rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this
Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the
administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws
apply.
