Wednesday May 16 9:00 – Students go to home school. 9:45 – Students meet in the band room at Campbell. (Perry, Grant Road and McVeety Students will be bused by school bus to Campbell. Massey students will walk to Campbell at morning recess. Students will need to come to school in their band t-shirt, black pants, black shoes and black socks. 10:00 – Warm-up and run through in Band Room at Campbell 10:45 - Trip Meeting, Band Room at Campbell *11:00 - Load 12:00 – Lunch at Pizza Hut (Cost Included)
1:00- Bus Departs for Mae Wilson Theater
2:00- Performance and Clinic at Kinsmen International Music Festival
3:00 – Load bus – EVERYONE 3:15 – Depart Mae Wilson, go to Kinsmen Sportsplex 3:30 – Swimming at Kinsmen Sportsplex (Cost Included)
4:30 – Change Clothes 4:45 – Load Bus and Depart for Campbell Collegiate 5:45 – Arrive at Campbell *If you are not planning on attending, please e-mail me at by April 30, 2012.
Student Reminders

2. Swim suits and towel for pool and waterslides. Bring your own lock if
you wish to store items in locker, or you may rent a padlock. The rental cost for this is $5.25, $5.00 is refunded when lock returned.
