CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) is pleased to announce that with effect
from 12th November, 2008, the Company has changed its name from “China Resources
Logic Limited” to “China Resources Gas Group Limited” and has adopted the new Chinese
name “華潤燃氣控股有限公司” to replace the Chinese name of the Company “華潤勵致有
限公司”.
The Shares will be traded on the Stock Exchange under the new English stock short name
“CHINA RES GAS” and Chinese stock short name “華潤燃氣” will effect from 9:30 a.m. on
3rd December, 2008. The stock code of the Company remains as “1193”.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

Reference is made to the circular of China Resources Logic Limited (currently known as
China Resources Gas Group Limited) (the “Company”) dated 8th October, 2008 (the
“Circular”) in relation to (1) proposed change of name of the Company; (2) refreshment of
general mandates to issue and repurchase shares; and (3) notice of special general meeting
and the announcement of the Company dated 3rd November, 2008 in relation to, among other
things, the results of special general meeting held on 3rd November, 2008. Capitalised terms
used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless defined
otherwise.
The Board is pleased to announce that with effect from 12th November, 2008, the Company
has changed its name from “China Resources Logic Limited” to “China Resources Gas Group
Limited” and has adopted the new Chinese name “華潤燃氣控股有限公司” to replace the
Chinese name of the Company “華潤勵致有限公司”.
Following the passing of a special resolution approving the Proposed Change of Name by the
Shareholders at the SGM held on 3rd November, 2008, the Certificate of Incorporation on
Change of Name was issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda, certifying that the
Company has changed its name and was registered as “China Resources Gas Group Limited”
on 12th November, 2008 and the Certificate of Secondary Name was issued by the Registrar
of Companies in Bermuda, certifying that the Company has adopted the new Chinese name of
“華潤燃氣控股有限公司” on 12th November, 2008. Accordingly, the change of name of
the Company from “China Resources Logic Limited” to “China Resources Gas Group
Limited” and adoption of the new Chinese name of the Company “華潤燃氣控股有限公司”
became effective on 12th November, 2008. Further, the Certificate of Registration of
Change of Corporate Name of Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Registrar of
Companies in Hong Kong on 27th November, 2008.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAME
Following the change of company name becoming effective, the stock short name for trading
in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “CHINA RES LOGIC” to
“CHINA RES GAS” and its Chinese stock short name from “華潤勵致” to “華潤燃氣” with
effect from 9:30 a.m. on 3rd December, 2008. The stock code of the Company remains as
“1193”.

EFFECTS OF THE CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The change of name of the Company will not affect any of the rights of any Shareholders.
All existing share certificates in issue bearing the former English and Chinese names of the
Company will, after the change of company name, continue to be evidence of legal title to the
Shares and be valid for trading, settlement and registration purposes. New share certificates
will be issued in the new name of the Company. However, Shareholders, if so elect, may
exchange the existing share certificates (in green) for new share certificates (in orange) at the
branch share registrar of the Company in Hong Kong, Tricor Secretaries Limited at 26th Floor,
Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong free of charge for one month
from 2nd December, 2008 to 2nd January, 2009 (both days inclusive). Thereafter, any
exchange of new share certificates will be handled by Tricor Secretaries Limited on payment
of a fee of HK$2.50 (or such higher amount as may be allowed by the Stock Exchange from
time to time) for each share certificate for Shares cancelled or each new share certificate
issued, whichever number of certificates cancelled/issued is higher.
